Most Needed Items November 16 - 30, 2013:
Drop off items from 10am – 3pm Sunday, or 3pm to 9pm on Wednesday or Thursday

- Only donate items that you would eat
- Check that items are not expired, we will not accept expired food
- Make sure that all items are unopened. Open boxes are accepted if all internal packaging is still intact and unopened
- Think about the protein content, nutritional value, and diverse people who will receive your donation
You can drop off food at the Seva Food Bank during the following hours (beginning of each shift preferred):
Sunday 10:00am – 3:00pm; Wednesday and Thursday 3:00pm – 9:00pm;
