When you visit The Seva Food Bank, please bring all of the following pieces of identification and documentation:
- Proof of residence in the L5B or L5C postal codes of Mississauga for all adults over 18 years.
- Proof of birth date for all children under the age of 18.
- A current rent receipt or lease agreement
- All family monthly income, including child tax benefit – must have name attached.
- Landing papers if in Canada less than 1 year.
