Generally, here are all the areas in which you can get involved with the Seva Food Bank:
- Reclamation and Shelf Stocking – Cleaning, sorting and repackaging food products when required
- Client Food Distribution – Picking food orders for clients
- Food Stock Maintenance – Stocking food products by category
- Front Desk Operations – Clerical duties including reception
- Client Intake Management - Greeting clients, checking client cards, logging client information and taking client orders
- Facilities Management – Overall facility cleanliness and maintenance
- Public Relations and Marketing - All internal and external communications
- Fundraising – Assistance with fundraising management and donor records
- Finance and Accounting – Managing the financial documents/statements/records
- Community Outreach – Representation and fudraising at community events
- Volunteer Management – Recruiting, training and recognizing volunteers
