Medical Corner: a monthly open medical forum with the aim of empowering clients and the community at large through health education and awareness. The aim is to address prevention, screening and management of chronic health conditions through partnerships with medical professionals and other non-profit organizations within the community.

Home Work Club (Malton): an after school drop-in program every Mondays 4:00-8:00pm and Tuesdays 3:30-6:00pm. A safe space to come do your homework after school and get help in subjects such as French, English, Maths and Science for Grades 1-12. A healthy snack is provided.

Legal Clinic (Malton): first Thursday of every month from 2:00-3:35pm. Lawyers and community legal workers provide free legal advice on the following matters: Ontario Works, ODSP, CPP, Workplace Safety, Landlord & Tenant/Subsidized housing and Immigration.

Saheli Group (Malton): a women's support group beginning May 3rd from 1:00-3:00 pm. The group will meet once monthly. It is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. Saheli Group aims to foster a supportive network of women for women. It will be a safe place for women to connect with other women within their community and share their personal stories while learning from the experience of others. Women will also have the opportunity to learn new crafts and skills (knitting, quilting, etc.) over refreshments.

Dance Classes (Malton): free dance classes open to everyone are offered once monthly on Saturdays from 11:30am-1:00pm. Empower yourself through the art of dance: learn Bhangra, Giddha and Contemporary Dance from the Toronto Allstar Girls Team (TAG Bhangra).

Creative Self Expression Workshops (Malton): twice monthly on Thursday sand Saturdays from 3:30-5:00 pm. A great space to work with your hands, get creative and create your own personal masterpiece.

Massage Therapy (Malton & Wolfedale): once monthly on Thursdays from 2:00-6:00 pm at Malton and once monthly on Sundays from 9:00-11:30 am at Wolfedale. Thirty-minute appointments are available for free relaxation and therapeutic massages offered by Registered Massage Therapists.

Jogs with Nima (Wolfedale): a jogging club beginning Sunday, May 18th from 10:00-11:00 am. It will be offered every other Sunday (twice a month), weather permitting, and is open to all ages. It’s a great way to meet new people and get active!
